It is terribly distracting for my calls, having to worry about the mute status in the software being different from the hardware. Means that if I want to talk on a call in MS Teams I can't just lower the boom arm down, I also have to check what the mute status is in Teams and manually click on the unmute button if the two are not in sync (which is a problem about 50% of the time). The sync between the hardware mute status and software mute status in Zoom is still right 100% of the time, pointing to the hardware functioning properly and there being a software-level issue. Now the mute status in Microsoft Teams is in sync with the mute status of the headset only about 50% of the time. For about 18 months prior to August 2022, the hardware mute status of my Jabra Evolve 75 UC headset was always in sync with the software mute status in both Microsoft Teams and Zoom. I am seeing this same issue again here in September 2022.
